What is your return policy for hockey equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used sticks, sharpened skates, and jock straps/undergarments are final sale for hygiene and performance reasons.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening and profiling?
Yes, all our retail locations offer professional sharpening, profiling, and heat molding services. If you purchase skates online, you can bring them to any Pro Hockey Life store with your receipt for a complimentary initial sharpening.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their gear ready for the next game.
How do I know what size hockey stick or skates to buy?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. For skates, we generally recommend sizing down 1 to 1.5 sizes from your standard shoe size, but checking the specific brand's fit guide is always best.
Do you offer team or bulk discounts?
